So why do dogs always choose to empty the contents of thier stomachs when it's time for humans to go to bed? This is a phenomenon that has always puzzled me. Last night our darling poodle yacked three times as we were settling in to snooze. Did she puke on all the lovely hardwood surfaces we have that would be oh so easy to clean up? She most certainly did not. She went for the carpet, on my side of the bed! At least this time I knew it was there and was not surprised as I have been before. Nothing like a little vomit to get your day going; had to wash my favorite pair of slippers that time,
Those slippers are some of the only shoes that feel good on my feet right now. Man does pregnancy take a toll on your body; even parts you think should be left alone. My feet are no longer swollen, but I am longing for days gone by and shoes that fit properly. Today has left my feet sore and blistered. Mamma needs a new pair of shoes.
Zappos anyone?
