I am so glad I can hear. There are so many things in this world worth listening to . . . and some that I could do without, but I'll save that for another day.
A few of my most favorite sounds are the following: an orchestra tuning up, when the wind blows the leaves in autumn, children singing (especially in worship) and people I love laughing.
This morning I have a new #1 to add to the list . . . I was in the bathroom getting ready for work and C was in the bedroom feeding Peanut. He was talking to him gently and then I heard him giving kisses . . . there is no sweeter sound than a father loving his son. Okay, now I'm tearing up . . .
I love my Peanut and I love C.
